Payment can be made in Bitcoin.

The amount to be paid in Bitcoin is the closing price listed here.

The closing price to be used will be the closing price of the day before the date and time of the email sent to you giving our account number.

Delivery

  Transport method

Maximum package size Length 3700mm, Width 1750mm, Height: 1700mm Package weight 200kg

It will be further crated and loaded into a container when transported by sea.

An elevator is required for second floor deliveries and above.

Please confirm the transport route up to the delivery location and the building frontage.

*The transport in the building requires enough space for an object of Length 3700mm, Width 1750mm, Height: 1700mm to be passed through and turned around.

Please allow 3 months for your product to be created. However, the lead time may extend depending on orders received.

Please note shipping time is not included.

Returns and replacements

We do not offer returns if a product has no defects.

We verify the condition of each product prior to shipping, but please take a moment to inspect the product upon receipt.

  Cancellation, returns and replacements due to customer circumstances

Since this is a completely made-to-order product, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed or returns or replacement due to customer circumstances.

Since the product is a work of art, there is no warranty period.
